No. VU3LO is not the owner, operator, lessor, insurer, or mechanic for any of the vehicles. It's a digital space that connects Owners and Renters; the relationship covering use, handoff, condition, and return of the car is established directly between the two parties.

You must immediately report any incident to the owner, the selected insurance provider, and the relevant authorities.

Every listed vehicle must be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition (with possible exceptions — for example, classic or high-mileage cars that offer a particular experience, as long as this is clearly stated in the listing). The owner is required to hand over the vehicle in the condition described in the listing and to clearly disclose any prior defects or limitations. If this doesn't happen, you can report it to VU3LO support.
